No. Streamova is an independent help service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by any streaming platform. We help you use the services and devices you already own. For account changes only the platform can make, we'll point you to them directly.
Do I need to be tech-savvy?+
Not at all. Most of the people we help just want their TV to work without the headache. We explain everything in plain English and go at whatever pace is comfortable for you.
What devices do you help with?+
Pretty much anything — smart TVs, Roku, Fire Stick, Apple TV, game consoles, phones, and tablets. If it streams, we can usually help you get it working.
Will you ask for my passwords?+
We guide you through entering your own credentials on your own screen — we don't need to know your passwords ourselves. If anyone ever asks you to hand over a password, that's a red flag, and we'll never do that.
