Call Recording Consent

Important information about how and why Streamova records phone calls.

Effective Date: October 29, 2026

Notice of Call Recording

Streamova ("we," "us," or "our") records telephone calls for the purposes described in this notice. By calling us or continuing a call with us after being informed of this practice, you consent to the recording of that call.

1. Which Calls Are Recorded

All inbound and outbound calls to and from Streamova at the number (888) 359-4451 may be recorded. This includes:

  • Initial inquiry and service enrollment calls
  • Customer service and support calls
  • Billing and payment calls
  • Service modification or cancellation calls
  • Any other calls to or from our customer service team

2. Why We Record Calls

We record calls for the following legitimate business purposes:

  • Quality Assurance: To ensure our team is providing accurate, helpful, and respectful service
  • Training: To train and improve the performance of our customer service representatives
  • Dispute Resolution: To maintain an accurate record of commitments, agreements, and conversations in the event of a disagreement
  • Compliance: To meet applicable regulatory and legal requirements
  • Service Improvement: To identify areas where our processes and communications can be made clearer and more helpful

3. How Recordings Are Stored and Protected

Call recordings are stored on secure, access-controlled servers. Access to recordings is limited to authorized Streamova personnel on a need-to-know basis. Recordings are retained for a period necessary to fulfill the purposes described above and in accordance with applicable law, after which they are securely deleted.

4. Disclosure of Recordings

Streamova does not sell or share call recordings with third parties for marketing purposes. Recordings may be shared only in the following circumstances:

  • With trusted service providers who assist in our business operations, subject to confidentiality agreements
  • When required by applicable law, court order, or government authority
  • When necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Streamova, our customers, or others

5. State-Specific Notice

Some states — including California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, Oregon, Pennsylvania, and Washington — require all parties to a call to consent to recording ("two-party consent" or "all-party consent" states). By calling us from or within one of these states, and by continuing the call after being informed of our recording practices, you provide your consent to recording as required under the applicable law of that state.

If you do not wish for your call to be recorded, please inform us at the beginning of the call. In some cases, we may be unable to process certain types of requests without a recording for legal compliance purposes.

6. Your Rights Regarding Recordings

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to request access to recordings of calls involving you, or to request deletion of such recordings, subject to applicable legal retention requirements. To make such a request, contact us at support@streamova.us or call (888) 359-4451.

7. Changes to This Notice

We may update this Call Recording Consent notice from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
