Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Customer," or "you") and Streamova ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the streamova.us website and all associated services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing our website, calling our service line, or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.
1. Description of Services
Streamova is an independent cable and streaming television service provider. We provide access to cable TV and streaming television services with over 1,500 channels, starting as low as $50 per month. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an authorized agent of any major cable company, telecommunications corporation, or streaming platform.
2. Service Eligibility
Our Services are available to residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. By using our Services, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements. Service availability may vary by geographic location — contact us to confirm availability in your area.
3. Service Plans and Pricing
Pricing for our services will be confirmed during your initial call with a Streamova representative. The monthly rate quoted during your first call is the rate you will be charged every billing period, unless you are notified in writing of any changes with reasonable advance notice.
We do not charge early termination fees. Services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due monthly on the date agreed during service setup. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as communicated during enrollment. Late or failed payments may result in service interruption. You agree to maintain current, valid payment information on file.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your service at any time by calling (888) 359-4451. There are no cancellation fees or early termination penalties. Service will continue through the end of the current billing period following cancellation. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: (a) use our Services in any way that violates applicable law; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (c) transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content; (d) misrepresent your identity or affiliation; or (e) interfere with the proper functioning of our Services.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the streamova.us website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of Streamova or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Third-party trademarks, brand names, and company names referenced on our website are the property of their respective owners. Their use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those companies.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
